Are your operations running normally?

Yes. All business operations are fully active.

  • Small orders: 45–55 days

Total delivery time is approximately 2-3 months depending on customs clearance.

Is your jewelry made of 925 Sterling Silver?

Yes. All jewelry is made from 925 Sterling Silver, stamped “92.5” on the back. Designs are open-backed to showcase natural gemstones.

Are the gemstones natural?

Yes. All cabochon and faceted stones are genuine natural gemstones such as Blue Topaz, Peridot, Garnet, Citrine, Tanzanite, Kyanite, Larimar, Moonstone, Labradorite, Turquoise, Lapis, Malachite, and more.

Certain stones available worldwide are man-made or reconstituted, such as Mystic Quartz, Mohave Turquoise, Goldstone, Sandstone, and some Druzy varieties.

Do you offer custom designs or modifications?

Yes. We specialize in customizations including size, stone, finish, and design modifications. You may also submit your own design references.

Can I order exclusive designs not listed on the website?

Yes. We can create exclusive or private-label designs based on your sketches, images, or specifications, with full confidentiality.

Are all designs made to order?

Yes. Most designs are made-to-order, ensuring fresh production and customization flexibility.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. Any design can be reordered using the SKU or product photo reference.


Wholesale & Ordering

Is Shaurya International a wholesale-only platform?

Yes. We operate exclusively as a wholesale jewelry manufacturer. Prices are wholesale and calculated by gram weight.

Do you sell jewelry by kilos?

Yes. For kilo-based purchases, email us your requirements, and we will provide the best per-kilo pricing. All gram prices are visible on the website.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  • Below USD $30: Minimum 3 pieces per style/size
  • Above USD $30: No MOQ

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges?

  • EMS Post: USD $55
  • FedEx / UPS: USD $115–$130

All parcels include tracking and insurance (except Aramex).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship globally to all countries.

How long does shipping take?

Production: 50–65 days

Delivery: 8–11 days

Can you split shipments or send partial shipments?

Yes. We can arrange partial or split shipments upon request. Please email us with your requirements.

Who pays customs Tariffs, duties or VAT?

All customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and import taxes are the full responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer’s obligation to work directly with their local customs authorities or import agencies and settle any charges according to their country’s regulations.

In certain cases—particularly with carriers such as FedEx and UPS—parcels may be delivered to the buyer without duties being collected upfront. When this happens, the carrier may later bill these outstanding charges to us as the shipper. These invoices can be issued several months after delivery, sometimes even 6–12 months later.

If such charges are billed to us, we are required to forward the official duty invoice to the buyer and collect the payment from them. Failure to pay these charges may result in the carrier placing a hold or block on our company’s shipping accounts due to non-payment. Therefore, it is essential that all buyers promptly settle any customs-related fees at their end.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Bank Wire Transfer: Includes 2% discount
  • PayPal: No surcharge
  • Wise: Accepted for smaller orders
  • Western Union: Not accepted

Do you accept currencies other than USD?

Yes, we accept AUD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and all other major international currencies. You may select or change the website display currency to your local currency using the currency selector at the top of the website.

When making a payment, please ensure that the payment is sent to us in the same currency as the invoice. The recipient currency must match the invoicing currency. Do not convert the payment to INR, as this will cause lower exchange rate and export invoicing problems at our end..

Can we pay in multiple installments for large orders?

Yes. Flexible installment options are available for large orders. You can place a deposit in start and pay remaining before the shipment. Please contact us to discuss payment plans.

What is the Wishlist option?

The Wishlist option generates a proforma invoice with discounts for review, customization, or later payment via email.

Bank Wire Transfer: Our new Shaurya Group Company is in name of Irena Jewels LLP. All bank wire transfers are to Federal Bank for beneficiary Irena Jewels LLP. You can transfer funds to us in India by International swift wire transfer. We give you bank Swift code and other details at checkout or by email from info@shauryagroup.com. There is no extra surcharge on Total but there is a 2% discount if you pay by bank wire transfer.
