A: Yes all jewelry at Shaurya is Sterling Silver 925. Each piece is stamped 92.5 at the back. The backs of each piece is open from behind so that you can see the stone.

 

Q: Are the stones natural  Gemstones.? 
A: Yes all the stones we use are natural Gemstones. Including all cab and cut stones are natural Gems.

All our stones are genuine natural even all the expensive ones like Blue Topaz, Peridot, Garnets, Citrine, Tanzanite, kyanite, Larimar, Moonstone, Labradorite, Tibet Turquoise, Lapis, Malachite, Iolites and others are all natural. There are few exceptions like some stones only come man made like Mystic quartz, Copper Turquoise, Mohave Turquoise, Some Druzy, Sand Stone, Gold Stone and few other, these are man made or re-compressed everywhere.

 

Q: Is this  wholesale site? 
A: Yes Shaurya International is Wholesale Only website. All the prices are wholesale prices and are calculated by gram weight. We give price match guarantee for orders placed by kilos. If you see lesser price per kilo on same product from any reputed dealer then we will do a price match on it. Feel free to e-mail us if you buy jewelry in bulk by kilos.

 

Q: What is your minimum order quantity? MOQ?
A: Minimum order quantity is 6 pieces per style per size for items priced below US$ 30. There is no minimum above $30 and on wholesale lots or value packs. You can order multiple stones and ring sies in 6 pcs. There are various discount slabs based on your final order value. These volume discount enable each customer to get even better pricing for the best Sterling Silver Jewelry from India.

 

Q: How long is the shipping time?
A: We ship the parcel in 20 to 55 working days from finalization of Order. Since we offer complete customisation in all our 50000 designs, therefore most of the designs are made to order. The shipping transit takes 4 to 11 days depending on holidays. So you receive your parcel more or less in about one or two months time. Sometimes your country customs may take more time to contact you that time is extra.

Bank Wire Transfer: Our new Shaurya Group Company is in name of Irena Jewels LLP. All bank wire transfers are to Federal Bank for beneficiary Irena Jewels LLP. You can transfer funds to us in India by International swift wire transfer. We give you bank Swift code and other details at checkout or by email from info@shauryagroup.com. There is no extra surcharge on Total but there is a 2% discount if you pay by bank wire transfer.

PayPal: PayPal payments are auto integrated to the shopping cart. At the checkout process you will be suggested to select payment option and you can choose to pay by PayPal. There is No additional surcharge on PayPal payment.
