and stones genuine?
Yes, all our silver is 92.5% pure (designating it sterling). We only use
sterling silver 925 in all our silver jewelry. The stones we use are genuine
semi precious gemstones. Along with other stones all our turquoise, lapis
and malachite is original, all or BT and Peridot is original.
2. What is
minimum order quantity and amount?
There is no minimum total amount on our sites, but there is different
minimum quantity requirement on different sections of our websites. There is
minimum shipping charge of US$ 40.

What are the payment options and charges?
We accept payment through Credit cards and swift wire transfers in almost

What are the shipping method and shipping time?
Order Processing time is between 20 to 40 days. It takes us from 20 days and
upto 40 days to ship any order. The order processing time depend upon item
selection, stone selection, order size and season peek time. Typically you
will get your order within 30-35 business days of placing it. Our standard
shipping method is via EMS SPEED POST service, which takes 5 to 7
business days to reach destinations. On demand we also ship through UPS,
FedEx, it delivers in 4-7 days.

in ready stock and are shipped within 2 to 3 working days and it reaches you

are the shipping charges?
Our International shipping charges through SPEED POST is minimum US$ 40 for
up to one kg. of shipment, then additional US$ 25 from every additional
kilo. Minimum charges through UPS and FedEx is US$ 60 for half kilo and then
additional US$ 30 for every kilo. |

make a list of "Item Codes" and "Quantity" you would like to order in that
"Item Code" and send to us by email to :

need to tell us what method you would like to make the payment. We will
respond to your mail with full estimate and other details which you would
need to finalize the order. You can mix Item Codes from any of our site in
one list.
You can also specify stone choice with the
item code. The price may vary as per the stone.
